Yoga with Pilates

Thursdays 10.45 – 11.45am

Gráinne has been teaching Yoga since 2005 and in this sociable class, Gráinne combines the gentle all-round workout of STOTT ™ Pilates with slow mindful Yoga to calm the nervous system and reduce stress.  Healthcare professionals believe that Yoga/Pilates movements benefit posture, flexibility and strength, improve relaxation and sleep and reduce anxiety and depression. No experience necessary, come along and try for yourself!
