Tai Chi and Qi Gong
Jason teaches Traditional Yang Style Tai Chi and Qi Gong in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
From his experience of teaching over the last 10 years he endeavours to make Tai Chi and Qi Gong accessible to all.
From practising the slow flowing movements of Tai Chi & Qi Gong there are many health benefits including reduced stress, improvements in sleep, concentration and balance, increased flexibility, greater joint mobility and a general feeling of wellbeing. Beginners welcome!
