Mental Health

Times are tough and our mental health will undoubtedly be taking knocks.

Please don't suffer alone. We have included some links below for mental health resources and the Vestry hour between 7 and 8pm on Sundays will of course continue. Do get in touch though with James, Denis, Susi, David  at any time - as well as your care group leaders.

There are some links below from both the Church of England and NHS about useful mental health resources. There are is also a link with some numbers for national charities specialising in Mental Health. Also, as an attached file is a document discussing how nature can help improve mental health.

If you have come across any useful resources, do please let us know so we can add them to the site.
